Since we didn't plan ahead and the only evening appointments left for a family portrait sitting were the week before Christmas, we asked a friend with a DSLR to come over and take some pictures of our family. The result was a series of fidgeting kids that I thought would make a nice animated gif!
However, we got some other settings inside (it was a bitter day outside when we tried our front porch) that will actually be our family picture for this year.
